so i’m vegetarian, and have been for over a year.
i don’t feel like i’m benefiting from it at all.
i haven’t lost weight, like so many people claim they have.
i don’t feel healthier.
i’ve actually gained like 10 lbs. so fuck that.
lately i’ve been thinking about reincorporating meat back into my diet.
i’m pretty sure my weight would go down.
